This two-day immersive experience is an introduction to De-armouring - a somatic process that focuses on meeting and releasing patterns and protective layers held in the body.
The weekend is an invitation for the nervous system to slow down and recalibrate. A space to remember our innate biology and begin turning toward ourselves rather than away. The intention is to bring coherence back to the system, building a deeper capacity to meet each moment as it is.
This immersion is designed for men who are ready to face themselves more deeply in the company of brothers. It’s for those who are tired of living in repetitive patterns, emotional resistance, and disconnection, both in their bodies and in their relationships.
Over the course of these two days, you will:
• Explore areas of your life where you can show up more
• Learn how to integrate new ways of relating to yourself and to those close to you
• Experience the foundations of de-armouring as a somatic and nervous system–based process
• Develop a deeper capacity to listen, calming internal noise and gaining more clarity
• Explore how early adaptations formed in childhood continue to shape relationships, stress responses, and intimacy
• Strengthen your ability to stay present with sensation, emotion, and intensity, one of the most missing capacities for many men
• Cultivate a more grounded and regulated relationship with your body and inner experience
Men often leave with a deeper trust in themselves, a steadier relationship with their body, their emotions, and the way they meet life. With more capacity to stay present in moments that once felt overwhelming. This weekend isn’t about reinventing yourself. It’s about returning to your essence and learning how to live from that place.
